SURFACE PREPARATION
Every great coating starts with a clean surface. Our surface preparation services-including abrasive blasting, power tool cleaning, and chemical stripping-remove rust, mill scale, and contaminants to ensure optimal adhesion. With multiple blasting lines and in house QA inspectors, we don’t just prep surfaces, we set the stage for long term performance.

From corrosion resistant primers to high-performance topcoats, we apply industrial coatings built to endure extreme conditions. FIREPROOFING & INTUMESCENT
Airco is the nation’s premier applicator of intumescent and cementitious fireproofing. We work closely with manufacturers like Sherwin-Williams to deliver systems that meet 1-to 4-hour ratings. Our trained applicators and QC team ensure compliance, coverage, and a clean finish every time-whether it is a stadium, data center, or high-rise.
TANK & PIPE LININGS
We protect critical infrastructure from the inside out. Our tank and pipe lining services guard against corrosion, chemical attack, and abrasion-extending the life of your asset. Applied either in shop or on site, our linings are chosen and installed based on your environment, media, and performance needs.
METALIZING
For maximum durability in the harshest conditions, our thermal spray metalizing process provides unmatched corrosion resistance. Airco applies zinc, aluminum, or alloy based coatings directly to steel for a bond that outlasts paint-ideal for bridges, marine environments, and long-life infrastructure.
